Christy and Erin work with parents of babies, toddlers, children, and teens to help create positive feeding strategies and healthy habits that last. They also meet with older children and adolescents to help empower their food choices. They use age appropriate approaches to get children involved when able. They love hearing when kids start to explore new foods and find new favorites.
